A four-module on-demand course for women who sense that God is not finished with them — even when the season feels uncertain. Rediscover your confidence in the One who began a good work in you and will carry it to completion.

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it to completion." — Philippians 1:6
Transition is not always neat
You may have stepped away from a role you carried for years…
Closed a significant chapter…
Or arrived at a place where what once defined you no longer fits.
And now there’s only silence.
A space where clarity used to be.
And in that space, the questions begin:
• Was that it?
• Is there more?
• Am I still called?
This is not a crisis of faith.
It is a disruption of identity.
You may have temporarily lost your footing.
But you have not lost your calling.
The title has shifted.
The familiar has changed.
And without a clear next step, it becomes difficult to trust that God is still actively working.
If you have found yourself wondering whether your best days are behind you, or whether your calling still applies, then this course was built for this exact moment.
You may recognize yourself here:
You have faithfully served in a role or ministry, and now you are standing in the in-between.
You sense a new season, but lack clarity or confidence to move forward.
You are questioning whether your calling still holds or if it has expired.
You are grieving who you were, while trying to understand who you are becoming.
You need more than motivation & inspiration. You need grounding to move forward with clarity.
This verse is not a passive comfort — it is an active declaration. The God who initiated the work in you is the same God who holds the completion of it. Your transition is not evidence that the work has ended. It is evidence that the work is continuing.
The Encore is built on this theological foundation. Every module, every reflection question, and every practical exercise is designed to help you return to this confidence — not as a feeling, but as a settled conviction grounded in the character of God.

Module 1
The Sound Check
Tuning Confidence Before the First Note
Before the music begins, musicians listen carefully and adjust until the sound is right. In seasons of transition, faith begins the same way. By slowing down, listening for God’s direction, and discerning what God may be preparing next.
Key LEARNING OUTCOME
Participants will identify and recalibrate internal narratives that have shaped their confidence, and re-anchor their identity in God’s ongoing work rather than past roles or external validation.
Module 2
The Improvisation
Trusting God when the Next Note is Not Written
In jazz, musicians do not follow a rigid script. They respond to the movement of the moment. Faith requires that same trust. Moving forward even when the path is not fully clear, trusting that God is guiding each next step.
Key LEARNING OUTCOME
Participants will develop the capacity to move forward without full clarity, learning to trust God’s guidance in real time and take aligned action even when the path is not fully defined.
Module 3
The Rhythm Section
Faith That Holds It Together
Every ensemble depends on the steady foundation of the rhythm section. In life, our rhythm comes from spiritual practices that sustain us when seasons feel uncertain. Rhythms of prayer, solitude, study, and trust in God’s ongoing work.
Key LEARNING OUTCOME
Participants will establish sustainable spiritual rhythms and practices that provide stability, discernment, and consistency during seasons of uncertainty and transition.
Module 4
The Encore
The Last Note is not the Final Note
Sometimes the final note of a performance is not the end. The audience calls the musicians back because the music must continue. Faith reminds us that when one season closes, God is often preparing the next movement of the work already begun.
Key LEARNING OUTCOME
Participants will reframe transition as continuation rather than conclusion, gaining the clarity and confidence to step into their next season with a renewed sense of purpose and calling.
